Supervision is a process of learning and development within a supportive structure enabling the supervisee to reflect and develop themselves and their practise.
I offer ad hoc and regular supervision whether this is monthly or bi-weekly depending on your needs.
My idiosyncratic supervision model is based on my theoretical orientations which are person centred and cognitive behaviour therapy, and it incorporates a developmental model of supervision known as the Integrated Developmental Model (IDM, (Stoltenberg & Delworth, 1981).
This model views supervisees as progressing through developmental stages within their practise. Your supervision session will be based on where you are developmentally, and the supervisory relationship will adapt and grow as you grow and develop in your competencies and confidence.
I also offer CTSR marking for accreditation which will be priced at an hour’s supervision rate.
